 Jackie Kennedy, SHRM-SCP, is the Founder and Managing Principal of Synergized HR, where she partners with organizations across the United States to solve complex workforce, compensation, and organizational challenges. With more than 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience, Jackie works directly with executive teams, boards, and operational leadership to build practical HR strategies that support long-term organizational success.

Her expertise includes compensation and classification studies, organizational design, workforce planning, job architecture, compliance strategy, leadership development, and HR transformation initiatives. Jackie is particularly recognized for her ability to assess organizational challenges from both a strategic and operational perspective—developing solutions that improve workforce structure, strengthen internal equity, and create sustainable organizational alignment.

Throughout her career, Jackie has held senior HR leadership roles across manufacturing, construction, healthcare, municipal government, utilities, transportation, and technology environments. This broad industry experience allows her to quickly understand operational realities and deliver recommendations that are not only strategic, but executable within real-world business environments.

As a SHRM-SCP certified professional and U.S. Navy veteran, Jackie brings a disciplined, solution-focused approach to every engagement.
