With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Jackie is the Founder/CEO of Synergized HR, where she leads a team in delivering expert HR consulting services. Jackie is experienced in multiple industries such as tech, healthcare, municipality, transportation and logistics, but most notably manufacturing and construction where she has worked most of her career.
Certified as SHRM-SCP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Organizational Communication, Organizational Learning, Employee Relations, and Organizational Theory & Design, Jackie excels in building HR processes from the ground up. Her extensive background spans employee relations, talent management, HRIS management, compliance, and training and development across multiple industries. As a U.S. Navy veteran, Jackie brings dedication, strategic insight, and a results-driven approach to every client engagement.
If asked what Jackie enjoys most about Human Resources, she will tell you "Compliance and Project Management." While she has years of experience in full HR duties, she loves the creative side of things, and is often approached to create employee handbooks, policies and SOPs (which she finds, "fun").
With a strong background in Human Resources and a passion for cultivating people and processes, Chelsea brings a dynamic mix of expertise to her role as HR Consultant with Synergized HR. Her career spans multiple industries—including technology, education, and public service—but she is especially experienced in healthcare, where she has spent much of her professional journey.
Certified in Learning & Development and holding a B.S. in Anthropology, Chelsea thrives at the intersection of people, culture, and strategy. She specializes in training and development, project management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Known for her systematic approach, she is adept at creating structured programs that improve performance while staying flexible enough to meet the unique needs of each client.
Chelsea is recognized for her ability to connect authentically with people at all levels of an organization. She leverages this strength to design and deliver learning initiatives that drive both individual growth and organizational results. Having previously worked with Jackie at her former Florida-based company, Total HR, Mark combines a deep understanding of people operations with a sharp, forward-thinking business mindset that helps clients align their HR practices with long-term organizational goals.
With a professional background rooted in construction and manufacturing, Mark is especially effective at connecting with blue-collar workforces. His ability to build trust across diverse teams makes him a valuable asset to clients who need an HR partner that understands both the operational and human sides of business.
